Foyle College(boys) was founded in 1617 and Londondonderry High School (girls) in 1877. In 1976 the two school amalgamated to become Foyle and Londonderry College. Foyle and Londonderry College is a Voluntary, Co-Educational, Non-denominational Grammar School. The buildings are on two campuses, Springtown which houses pupils in years 8 to 10 and Duncreggan which accomodates years 11 to 14. The school has an enrolment of just under 900 on which 240 are taking AS and A2 levels. |
